Conditions unfortunately very bad and unprofessional. The same can only be said of the "bosses". We could not eat ice cream there. Since it did not even come to the order.

The La Luna in Bielefeld is not far from the old town, beautiful on the Nicolaikirche. The ice cream parlor is very tastefully decorated and also offers a very nice outdoor area, which does not include an excessive number of seats. The ice cream is consistently good quality, and above all, many varieties are available, so that everyone can find something for his taste. The sundaes are very lovingly prepared, and I find especially the fruit cup great, which includes not only fresh fruits of the season, but also a lot of ice cream, which sometimes comes to me with other ice cream parlors too short. Overall, it is definitely - just what sundae concerns - to one of the better ice cream parlors. As for the service, the verdict is mixed. The waitresses and waiters are always very hard-working, friendly and attentive, with our last visit just the boss was not quite in the thing. He moved loudly with a leaf blower leaves from the terrace and was not disturbed by the complaints of the guests, although the next storm was already approaching and all the guests were sitting inside. Apart from this experience, I think the ice cream parlor but really great and recommended.

The operation is super slow. Our table has waited 1/2 hour on its ice (only balls, no big cups). Then something was forgotten and an order reversed ... If you want to eat "normal" balls at the table, there is an extra charge of 50 cents because it is served on a plate. Two balls come on a plate, but the serve is per ball. In a waffle you can not eat ice cream at the table Absolute rip-off! For special reasons, baked waffles are only available until noon ... I have never experienced that either.

A small ice cream parlor in Bielefeld's old town. Located on a beautiful park near the church. There are tables with umbrellas outside and it all looks modern. The ice cream is delicious. The prices in the upper midfield. The service was a bit listless and in short. At least the service went fast. Missing on the map I have an eight-night mug.

A really great place in Bielefeld. In the hot temperatures you can sit outside under the sunshades. The ice cream tastes great and the waffles are not only eye-catching but also a pleasure. Very nice service and the prices are ok. We will be back definitely.

Confused operation, was probably new and took a long time to take the order at all, then it was the wrong ice cream and then we should also pay 13.50 €, although it only cost 9 €! Did that also say, then they said "we say 10 €". Have actually left € 10 there, but actually it was € 9. Because you feel ripped off. The ice was already half melted when it arrived at the table. :( Pity.

Very horrible this load. Rarely seen so lazy staff! Was there every now and then and every time is something, either wait without end, others who came later, were preferred, probably because the service lost the overview or we were not served, that is, we had to go. Nobody wanted to serve us 😅 Yesterday we were there again because of the fair in the city. We were not served at the table so we decided to take ice cream on hand. We were right in front of the cash register and were also seen! Unfortunately, the good lord brushed the counter instead of serving us. There we stood with our two kids, WITHOUT ice cream. We had to go home again without ice cream. As often (last year) inconvenience has happened, we will not go there anymore. Even if the ice comes, for two people, for example, you get the ice separately at the table, so that the ice melts before both have their ice. Terrible team !!!!!!!!! Or it is the wrong ice cream that is brought. And the shop is never full when I'm there.

First time visited and not regretted. The offer coffee with cake for a price is unbeatable. That there is a small ball of ice for coffee is also creative. The cakes are very delicious the coffee just right. The ambience is cozy. The toilets were very clean. The only drawback: The waiter was easily overwhelmed but the boss has quickly clarified the situation. Only recommended !!!!!
